Help for Homeless or At-Risk Veterans
CRT’s Supportive Services for Veteran Families reaches out to veterans who are homeless, or in danger of losing their housing to help during this time of crisis.
Assistance is available to Veterans and their families to prevent homelessness.
Homeless veterans can quickly find and pay for new, more affordable housing. Veterans and their families throughout Central Connecticut are encouraged to contact our office for these supportive services.
Staff connect veterans with all VA services (medical, mental health and substance abuse).
We are here to help families find the support services they need, both those offered by CRT and within the larger community

Veterans must have served in the active military, but wartime service is not required. Discharge must not be dishonorable. Veterans must be at least 150 % below the area median income.
