Seniors Give Back as Community Volunteers
Seniors are encouraged to share their knowledge, talents and skills through meaningful volunteer opportunities in the Greater Hartford-Central CT Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP).
CRT’s RSVP matches volunteers 55 or older with well organized, meaningful opportunities throughout Greater Hartford & Central Connecticut. There are countless ways to have an impact. Volunteers receive training, support, recognition to ensure a satisfying experience.
Choose your site from a list of nonprofit agencies, organizations and schools throughout Greater Hartford/Central Connecticut. We offer a variety of volunteer activities to choose from including tutoring and mentoring children, adult literacy, home bound meals delivery, transporting seniors to medical appointments, helping travelers at the airport, or helping seniors “age in place.”
Volunteers can choose how and where you want to serve and how much time you want to give.
