Rapid Rehousing to Help the Homeless
Housing Placement and Supportive Services (HPASS) is a rapid rehousing program designed to help individuals and families that don’t need intensive and ongoing support to quickly exit homelessness and return to permanent housing.
HPASS assistance is offered without preconditions — such as employment, income, absence of criminal record, or sobriety — and the resources and services provided are tailored to the unique needs of each individual household.
Services include, but are not limited to; housing identification and landlord recruitment, rental assistance and case management services.
Please Note: Referrals for service are only accepted by calling 2-1-1; and via the Greater Hartford Coordinated Access Network (CAN).
