Treatment for Opioid Recovery
CRT offers a variety of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) options for qualified individuals in recovery for opioid and alcohol addiction within an office-based treatment setting.
For individuals who have problems with alcohol and opioids, CRT offers comprehensive screening and assessment, along with education and counseling to help you make positive changes in your life. Contact us at the number below and let us know how we can help you.
The Program
Suboxone is a prescription medicine that is used to treat adults 18 and older who are dependent on opioids in either illegal or prescription form. Pregnant women can also receive treatment services.
The entire process takes place in an outpatient setting. Our board-certified doctor will assess your treatment needs and provide you with a plan of care. All services are provided at the same facility, with availability for same-day appointments, transportation assistance, and other supportive services.
Recovery Support Services
CRT will work with you to establish an individualized recovery support plan to identify strengths and areas of need in order to develop positive support, including family involvement, 12-step support groups, and referrals in the community that will enhance ongoing treatment.
These recovery support plans will be regularly updated and monitored for the duration of the client’s participation in counseling services.
Additional Medication Options
CRT also offers individuals with alcohol use disorder options for medication management such as Disulfiram, Acamprosate, Naltrexone, and the injectable Naltrexone-extended release (Vivitrol) shot.
Sublocade is now available for treating opioid use disorder. Sublocade is a monthly slow-release injectable medication for OUD that continuously releases the medicine buprenorphine all month with no real daily ups and downs. The expansion of medication options allows for improved person-centered treatment. Once monthly Sublocade can support your recovery journey.
Counseling Services
CRT provides individual and group counseling sessions that cover a wide range of topics for discussion including, but not limited to: smoking cessation, relapse prevention, and the long-term effects of opioid and/or alcohol use.
CRT’s counseling services are facilitated by bilingual/bicultural, trained clinicians who provide support in both individual and group settings.
Medication assisted treatment (MAT) along with counseling has been proven to be one of the most effective forms of therapy for substance use disorders.
The costs for all services and prescribed medications will be billed to the client’s medical insurance provider. Funding is available for those without medical insurance.

“When I first started, I felt I was forced to do it. But once I was in the group, and realized where my life was at, I realized I was tired of the life I was living, tired of being high. Being in the meetings, and seeing people’s lives change made a real difference. The program with CRT saved my life.”
