Behavioral Health Services for Homeless Adults
Behavioral health services are available to homeless people living outdoors and in Hartford shelters. Staff members go to area shelters to speak with participants. Services address issues that affect lives, such as drugs and alcohol, mental illness, HIV/AIDS, jobs and more.
Counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and other clinical services are offered. More intensive services are available through the CRT clinic.
To Apply
Referrals are accepted from individuals, Hartford shelters, and other agencies. There are no income restrictions. Individuals must be:
- Homeless
- 18 years or older
- From Hartford shelters
Additional Details
Clinical Services such as assessments, individual and group counseling, medication monitoring, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) are available.
