High Quality Mental Health with an Emphasis on Recovery
Counseling and recovery services are offered for people who want help with a mental illness or drug/alcohol abuse. Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Medication Assisted Treatment, and medication management are offered in a community-based mental health clinic. Psychiatric services, counseling and support groups are available at CRT. People learn how to cope with daily life without relapse. Our case managers help clients set goals and find the services they need.

To Apply
Adults of all income levels are eligible. Medical insurance is accepted, but not required. People without health insurance are asked to pay a fee according to income. Individuals can call us directly. Community agencies can refer as well. All patients are seen within one week of referral. Staff speaks English and Spanish.

The following is required for intake:
- A copy of your health insurance card, if active
- A list of current medications
- Copy of a physical exam/TB test completed in the last 30 days or a scheduled appointment for the physical/TB test
- Release of information from referring provider
- Completed release of information forms for all contacts
Applications are accepted at our treatment office located at 330 Market Street in Hartford.
CRT will follow up with the referring agency or the individual. If accepted into the program, the client will be scheduled for an orientation session. A date and time will be set to begin treatment after the orientation.
Additional Details:
Services include: Intensive Outpatient (IOP); Partial Hospital Program (PHP); out-patient counseling, (Individual and families); medication management; psychiatric services; community based counseling and support groups; mental health diagnosis and assessment; crisis management; hospital discharge planning and after care; access to recovery (ATR) payment plan – treatment for Ryan White clients.
