Monty Aheart is responsible for coordinating and directing all activities related to real estate sales, purchase, development, construction and management of CRT commercial and residential properties.

Monty is involved in every aspect of CRT commercial and affordable residential real estate. Development properties include: Wethersfield Commons, Generations Campus, The Retreat Assisted Living Center and Coventry Place.

Monty has specialized real estate experience that spans 28 years. Prior to joining CRT, Monty worked in the insurance industry and was a private developer, owner, and manager of residential and commercial properties. He is a past registered member of the National Association of Securities dealers, Securities and Exchange Commission. He was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Education from West Virginia State College.
