Jim Pestana

Director, Quality Assurance

Jim Pestana is responsible for coordinating and implementing quality management procedures at CRT to ensure best practices are in place throughout CRT systems and programs at the highest level of integrity and quality.

Jim has 40 years’ “hands-on” experience in both program services and the administration of community action agencies. He has provided direct service and program oversight in most program areas. Pestana previously served as the Director of Neighborhood, Energy and Youth Services and the Director of Organizational Development and Training at CRT.
