Director, Human Resources
Ayodele, pronounced (I-owe-day-lay) or Dele (Day-lay) is the Director of Human Resources. With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Dele brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She is responsible for ensuring that CRT maintains policies and procedures to promote employee well-being. Dele actively seeks out talented job candidates to join the CRT team.
Dele plays a crucial role in developing and implementing new Human Resources programs across departments. Dele is deeply passionate about promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion throughout the agency. She works tirelessly to create an environment that values and celebrates these principles.
Dele’s career in Human Resources has spanned across various organizations in the non-profit sector, including the Girl Scouts, Urban League of Greater Hartford, and L.E.A.P. She has worked in different regions including California, Connecticut, and Mexico. Dele holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Master of Business Administration from Lasell University.
Outside of work, Dele is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, enjoys playing volleyball, hanging out with her family, and vacationing in the Caribbean. She resides in New Britain with her two daughters. Dele is thrilled to be back in the non-profit space, where she can leverage her experience from both the for-profit and private sectors to continue preserving and sustaining CRT’s legacy of serving the people of Connecticut.
