Why choose a career at the Community Renewal Team (CRT)?
Since 1963, CRT has been there helping people – helping families – during their time of greatest need. We know that many people in our community struggle every day just to put food on the table. But we also know it doesn’t have to be that way, and that the work we do aims to help people “meet life’s challenges” head on!
CRT offers dozens of programs every single day, helping tens of thousands of individuals and families every year. The changes that CRT helps people to make create new opportunities for a brighter tomorrow.
When you join CRT as an employee, you will begin a brighter tomorrow for yourself, and you will quickly find that you are part of a team that shares your passion for helping other people to find solutions that can turn their world around. This includes helping the homeless move into permanent housing; delivering hot, nutritious meals to medically homebound seniors with Meals on Wheels, giving people struggling with addiction the tools they need to lead healthy, sober lives; teaching people how to take control of their own financial futures; ensuring that people have access to heating solutions for their homes during cold New England winters; and so much more.
But we cannot do it without dedicated and passionate employees! We need qualified candidates like you who believe in the mission of the organization just as strongly as we do. People who can feel it deep in their hearts. People like you who have a real desire to help, and who want to give back to those who need that help the most.
Many of the people who have found their place at CRT have been with us for 10 years, 20 years, and longer. They know they are making a difference in their community, and they know that the work they do truly matters. Does that sound like you? Are you ready to find a career that is so much more than just another job or another line on your resume?
Follow the link below to check out the current job openings here at CRT, and then submit your credentials to us. But only do it if you really have your heart in it. A career with CRT is a commitment to the future – both for yourself, and for the people that you will help along the way.
And please visit our site regularly to see all of our current job opportunities.
