Need Help Getting Health Insurance?

Need help with getting health insurance coverage in Connecticut? Work with one of CRT’s Navigators who can walk you through the process of signing up for health insurance coverage with Access Health CT.

Our partners at Access Health CT offer a new Covered Connecticut Program that provides health insurance coverage, dental coverage, and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation.  This program is administered by the Connecticut Department of Social Services for Connecticut residents that meet specific eligibility requirements. This Program is for residents between the ages of 19-64 and if you qualify will provide financial help to pay premiums, co-pays and deductibles.  Find out more about the benefits under Covered CT.
