• Case management to help set goals and address challenges; referrals to services within or outside
of CRT
• Drug and alcohol counseling services available
• Money management instruction and enrollment
in a savings account that matches investments 2:1.
• Vocational English as a Second Language (ESL)
• Up to a 12 month Program
• Graduate into approved apprenticeships

Eligibility Requirements
Participants must be lower income Hartford residents,
age 16 – 24, who are not presently working.
CRT is looking for a determination to succeed and
a commitment to the YouthBuild Program.

Application Process
Call 560-5150 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm
to schedule an interview, and attend a “pre-eligibility”
session. Classes fill on a first-come first -serve basis.
