DMHAS Transitional Case Management
(for offenders)

 

Services

The DMHAS Sober Housing Program provides transitional housing, budgeting assistance, access to groups, recreation activities, vocational training, transportation assistance, dual diagnoses groups and on site Narcotics Anonymous/Alcoholics Anonymous groups.

 

Eligibility Requirements

Clients must be under supervision of the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, 18 years and older with a history of serving time in prison, and no history of violence.

 

Application Process

Clients are referred to the program through the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
