Services

Coventry Place is an affordably priced community for low income seniors. Our community includes a computer lab, recreation spaces, and laundry facilities. All 30 apartments are one bedroom and are fully handicapped accessible. Services provided ensure that residents are connected to the programs and activities that will maximize their independence and quality of life.

Eligibility Requirements

Residents must be age of 62 or older. Income limits adjust annually.
